Every week or two since he was elected there has been something that the Deep State and the Dem's have leaked about Trump.

They will never stop. Hopefully Nancy P will not go down the impeachment road again, but the Dem's will be tossing one fake scandal after another at Trump. The Southern District of NY will investigate Trump on all kinds of fake crimes. Courts will be asked for all kinds of Trump records.

Did you read my post? I specifically mentioned that...and that is EXACTLY why it will be the subject of the next impeachment (IMHO, and IF there is another one). It was tossed because the Congressweasels who were party to the suit didn’t have jurisdiction, not being a majority of EITHER House of Congress. Impeachment makes that decision moot.

Didn’t we just see that any President can be impeached for any reason, Constitutionally-based or otherwise?

I hate the word 'Hoax'. A hoax implies something funny. There was nothing funny about what they did. It was not a hoax it was FRAUD.

While under the previous fraudulent investigations the President was powerless to fight back because the dems were using them as an obstruction of justice traps. Trump refused to take the bate and they were humiliated.

Seeing that it takes 67 votes to convict in the Senate, it should take 60 votes to bring an impeachment to the floor. Like a cloture vote.
