Democrat. If he had been a Republican, would have been prominently mentioned in the lede.

This is what being the open borders party is all about.

Very much in favor of adoption

One question.

Why not spend the time and money supporting American women so they could have babies that otherwise might have been aborted and put them up for adoption

Kind of a target rich environment

Maricopa County will sink Arizona in the next election. Most populous County. Ballot Harvesting is illegal here, but a Leftist judge already ruled against a law that would only allow a family member or guardian to fill out a ballot for a disabled, etc., person. The Left wants their activist volunteers to be able to fill out ballots for anyone in their canvassing neighborhoods. I fear for November 2020.

Is the author this guy’s lawyer? Or his PR director?

I get the part that the media is only covering half the story. But this article sounds like a brief for the defense. Admit nothing.

It sounds to me like the guy was running a sketchy but (probably?) legal baby brokering business where he paid women $10,000 to have a baby that cost US taxpayers probably that much or more in “emergency??” Medicare? Sketchy.

Adoption has been monetized by the various governments in the United States.

Private adoption agencies routinely receive upwards of $30,000 to process an adoption.

Many have religious names to legitimize their for profit practices.

State agencies make it nearly impossible for a couple to adopt without going through an agency.

So I have been told by a close family member who is trying to adopt.

When conduct doesn’t pass the common sense test it is likely criminal. Are we to believe that this conduct was purely benevolence?

Wow. The facts as presented by this advocate say human trafficking to me, so I don’t see how he can have much of a case..
