The chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, a close ally of President Donald Trump, said Sunday that the Justice Department has established a way to review information gathered in Ukraine by Trump personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani, who has targeted Democrat Joe Biden and his son.
Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., said Attorney General William Barr told him during a conversation Sunday that the department has “created a process that Rudy could give information and they would see if it’s verified.”
“Rudy Giuliani is a well-known man,” said Graham. “He’s a crime fighter. He’s loyal to the president. He’s a good lawyer.”
Giuliani is also under scrutiny by federal authorities. That means the Justice Department would be putting itself in the awkward position of appearing to work with someone it is actively investigating to gather potentially damaging information against one of the president’s political rivals.

Rudy is the key man here. He has the experience in criminal cases where he went after the Mafia crime families and had success.
At this time, Rudy has to rely on paper trails to follow these crimes. If he had the full resources of a crime unit, the whole affair would be done a long time ago.
Time will tell.

Agreed. I am willing to keep an open mind about the post-McCain Sen. Graham.
And yes, the wheels of justice grind slowly, much too slowly for the domestic emergency we face. The RAT party has gone openly Marxist and seeks to overturn not only our Constitution but our culture, traditions, and entire way of life. Their ultimate goal is to turn 320 million Americans into the slaves of a leviathan state.
And sadly, millions of low-information voters are just fine with this.
I have said on numerous threads that it will take “extra-Constitutional measures” to stop the political left. After Trump is reelected, expect rioting — mainly in blue cities where the local administrations are used to coddling the likes of Antifa.
And after the initial wave of burning and looting, look for continued acts of domestic terrorism.
I expect that before any semblance of sanity is restored, Trump will have to suspend habeas corpus, much as Lincoln did. I also expect the Posse Comitatus Act to be circumvented.
