These two are political junkies and their “you are there” commentary as they witness, engage and report every little candidate screw up and promo is a crack up. They are “the elephants in the room” at these events!

Of course, Gracie DID run in 1940, and received several thousand votes. She stated she was a member of "The Surprise Party". She probably got more votes than Weld will in the primaries.
