The results coming out on vegetarian diets is frightening. These people are killing themselves within 5-7 years trying to force their bodies to digest what it is not made to digest. It takes multiple stomachs for cows to live on that much fiber. People are destroying their intestines with the vegan diet.
So what’s the problem.
