RG, what is frustrating about all this as you are factually, correct on all of it. However, if Barr or Durham don’t do anything about it, then it doesn’t matter and a tree fell in the woods, but didn’t make a noise.
I think everything we want to happen "tomorrow",all the bad guys arrested and jailed,will ultimately happen in the second term.
However,Pres.Trump is so concerned about what we think my guess is he felt like it was time to at least acknowledge illegality after being slammed to death for three years. Criminals at all levels threw everything against the wall they could think of trying to sink Trump. Only to see nothing stick.
He really had to do something and he did.
Right. And let’s not forget the clock.
The Black Panthers got so bold they were intimidating voters at polling stations with blackjacks. The DOJ finally prosecuted them near the end of Dubya’s terms. Some were even convicted. Obama and Holder came in and dismissed all pending charges against “their people” and even went back and dismissed the cases where convictions had been achieved!
That’s why everyone is running out the clock, including Barr and Durham. If Trump loses, it all goes away. RIP. If Trump wins, then we’ll see a full scale push to “move on”, heal, forgive and forget. Trump will be the bad guy if he persists. Whomever the AG is will have to wear a cast iron jock strap.
Hopefully we get the Senate with enough cushion that a decent AG can be confirmed.
