She is wrong. Local people run these campaigns not the national organization. Perhaps you need to find out more about how party politics work
Did “local people” design and contract for the statewide used Shadow app? If they didn’t then I guess you aren’t as smart as you think you are.
Perhaps you should look for an app called “shadow” developed by a company called ACRONYM, and how that dovetails with the abject DNC failure.
It is now known (and traveling fast to Dem insiders) that counting methods and the app were forced on Iowa Dems by Tom Perez.
