Yeah in the early 70s I think.
I think Joe Columbo got popped 3 times and was in a coma for years.
They got some black guy to kill him and then shot the black guy. That happened more than a few times.
Whoever hired the black dude doesn’t get found out and the killing of him was justified because he shot someone at a rally and was armed and dangerous
