LAX? What are they going to do with them there? It is the world’s 3rd or 4th busiest airport. And what are they going to do with all the other passengers who have possibly been exposed? I thought the (much smaller) Ontario, CA airport was better prepared for possible emergency/contagions etc...
I can’t believe someone is stupid enough to divert them to LAX. Are there any contingency plans for this situation? If not. Immediately seize all flights from Asia until you aren’t playing fast and loose with this killer.

I think LAX is one of the seven (?) airports that we’ve set up for specialized screening/acceptance for flights coming in with suspected cases.
I hadn’t heard that Ontario, CAs airport was on that list.
DFW, IAH, ELP, SFO, EWR, JFK I think are on this list.
They aren’t “allowing” the three passengers at LAX to continue to Nevada (whatever that means...) but they sent the rest of the passengers on TO LAS VEGAS! Nothing to see here. Move along...
Great.
Not.
Where all has this guy been, in the past two weeks until time he was admitted?
This is a small town hospital. :(
What the heck???
The rest of the flight/passengers got to travel on to Vegas????
They were originally planning on sending the American evacuees that ended up at March AFB to Ontario back in the end of January. Which strangely now seems like a long time ago.
