McConnell is sure not crying during his present news conference. Give him some credit, for God’s Sake!

For all the people barking about how he was “in on the coup”, he did his job, and came through for the president.
Here it is at the 36 minute mark. I hear voices breaking over the weight of it all and be part of history. Look at Mcconnell and how he pauses in closing it out.

I’m not a Mitch fan but I’d give him a B+ on how he’s handled this.
Would have been nice to just vote down the charges out of the gate. Or to keep Romney on the reservation. Gotta admire the Dems ability to enforce discipline, they even kept Manchin from straying.
I thought he gave a great speech before the vote!
