“Romney says he had to follow ‘conscience’ on vote to convict Trump”
Romney has no conscience. He is but a political charlatan. I assure you the people of Utah will put him out of office if a viable candidate runs against him. He is political dead meat in Utah.
The one thing I think many miss is in the House, Trump was not allowed legal representation, he was not allowed witnesses, all was done in secret. Based on these circumstances how in the hell can Romney vote guilty based on a Star Chamber Trial in the House.
I do not think Romney is a leftist nor conservative. I think he just wants to be President. The only way that will happen if he becomes a democrat and the odds of the democrats accepting him is small.
MITT ROMNEY IS FINISHED! He is a fool. His day is over.
Suggestion to Mitt, change your affiliation to the Democrat Party and make your political demises complete. It would amusing in the extreme to see your State of Utah throw you out the door.
The funny thing is Mitt is the one who voted for witnesses, even though apparently he has seen enough without witnesses to convict, so then why did he ask for witnesses, to waste his and everyone’s time?
