When is he speaking?
I hope Manchin doesn’t flip. I want all the rats to go down with the ship. He’s been milking that “moderate democrat” schtick for too long.
The president will speak after the verdict? Fantastic.
Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah) spoke defending the President, who “did nothing wrong” in the Ukraine matter, and noted that career bureaucrats being virtually an unelected fourth branch of government, some of them have overreached in their arrogance over policy matters.
Will vote not guilty on both counts.
On Manchin’s FB page, he was vigorously patting himself on the back for “helping miners”.

You try to straddle the fence and act like you support the president but you do not. Message from the Senate to the House is, don’t bother to send us partisan impeachments. They’re going to be DOA.
