That’s my opinion also, I watched several replays of that and what I saw was; he was already turning away and his eyes were elsewhere when she finally stuck out her bony claw to rip flesh from the PRESIDENTS hand.

She kept leaning into Pence’s space, and he kept leaning away from hers! I thought that was hillarious.

In business situations it is the higher ranking person to extend their hand first.

I noticed that...the female anchor on Fox mentioned it also...said Pelosi didn't introduce the President in a way that it's always been done by saying, "it's my high honor"...and I wouldn't have shaken the witch's hand either...she was ready from the get-go to distract from the speech however she could...with her making comments to Pence (who looked at her a couple of times like, "what are you talking about?") to shuffling her stack of papers...even watching her folks to make sure they were not clapping or clapping/standing or not standing as she saw fit...they were all toeing the line...I think she was taking names...LOL

I personally loved it. She snubbed him with her abbreviated introduction. She disregarded tradition and got what she deserved. Only wish he would have called out San Fran for her own district’s failures. In the face of overwhelming prosperity, Cali chooses to go it alone and distribute misery to it’s sheeple.
Did you notice the sour disposition of the Klan clad women of white. They looked and acted livid all night. Every American Success and achievement Trump mentioned just made them angrier. I also loved it how he pointedly rebuked every Obama policy while praising the economy that resulted from tax cuts and fair trade policies. Best President ever!

After watching it numerous times, it's now apparent that he was focused on the speech ahead of him and didn't even notice her hand that was being extended as he was turning away.......
Honestly that “snub” was a joke and staged as far as I’m concerned for the photo op...
He handed her the speech and turned around, she meekly put her hand out as he was turning around... I think that whole thing was staged.
