Consider, you are in a cabin with hungry wolves outside. You know they will attack and kill everyone inside, if left inside. So you set a gatekeeper
At some point the gatekeeper intentionally lets the wolves in. Naturally they attack and you are forced to kill or be killed. After the wolves are driven away, or destroyed; do you NOT HAVE A DUTY to slay the Gatekeeper who intentionally endangered everyone in the cabin?

I would temper your analogy a bit. Yes, some folks are intentionally letting the wolves (the Islamists) in, knowing full well that death and destruction will follow.
But many more of these gatekeepers are merely naive. The number one example of that is George W. Bush, with his idiotic “Islam is peace” statement. Our job then is to educate these naive gatekeepers. But of course that will be very difficult. Even 9/11 didn’t wake people up.
There is a ray of hope. Trump is in office. He understands.
