I had non-Hodgekins Lymphoma. Long cured. Been cancer-free for 32 years now.
Awful that you had to go thru that so young, but youve done great!!
My mom had NHL as well about 18 years ago. She handled treatment really well. Last Year, They thought she relapsed, but did not. She ended up with Hodgkins instead. Hodgkins is considered more treatable. But, at her age, she couldnt have the full treatment. She had B symptoms (daily fevers, sweats, chills) multiple times a day. She never had that with her NHL. I wouldnt wish those symptoms on anyone.
