There is very little you can't satisfactorily buy over the internet. Boots, shoes and other footwear are not among that limited number.

I work in designing the truck bodies for Final Mile delivery and grocery is the next big thing and it is coming fast!

Only 1% of groceries are purchased online. Groceries are over $1 trillion market in the US. Just increasing online to 5% is massive dollars and many companies are lining up to capture their share.

It’s not just coming, it’s here - at least in Dallas. Lots of people here I know use Instacart or similar services. I’ve had to use them myself when I was ill or recovering from a motorcycle crash and could not get out. Never had issues with the quality of what I ordered or what showed up, all as expected.

In 1997 when the internet (and Amazon) was young I worked with a guy that suggested a web site where groceries cold be ordered online and then delivered to the house. We all laughed at him out loud!!!
