Edward Rollins (born March 19, 1943) is a Republican campaign consultant and advisor who has worked on several high-profile political campaigns in the United States. In 1983-84, he was National Campaign Director for the successful Reagan-Bush 1984 campaign. Rollins is currently a Co-Chairman of the pro-Donald Trump Great America PAC. Reagan won 49 states in 1984.

Roger Stone spends time in various books trashing Rollins. He says Rollins is a disloyal showboat. Like you, I remember him as a Gipper loyalist who switched to Ross Perot a few years later. One thing I know about him, he is very good at knowing the direction the wind is blowing.
