“Reagan won 49 states in 1984.”
The real truth is RR was such a gentleman that he refused to campaign in Minnesota since his opponent was Walter Mondale. Never-the-less, RR lost Minnesota by only 4000+ votes!
Democrats from California, New York and Illinois look down on the rest of the nation as “rednecks” “deplorables” “bitter clingers” and whatever slips out.
It is the perfect reason why we need the Electoral College to prevent those urban, crime-ridden areas from making policy for the rest of us....believe me, they want to run your lives because they see themselves as superior to you.
Laura Ingraham needs to learn that lesson as well. She has great guests on, people whose opinions and expertise I want to hear. It really frustrates me.
They got their asses handed to them by deplorables and rubes last time - this time it will be handed to them by deplorable rubes....
Though we all need to do our part to make it happen, I really don’t think that the socialists are very good at math. Historically and today, the population of the U.S. is only about 20% liberal, 40% conservative and about 40% moderate. No amount of voter fraud can overcome those simple (approximate) statistics.
Now they have revealed their hand to the moderates and unengaged conservatives and everyone knows what they are up to and that our liberty hangs in the balance. I remember when I thought the liberals had good intentions. Even liberals are realizing that their good faith trust has been used against them like a weapon. It’s not just about Trump and 2020, it’s about leadership for at least a generation.
If we can repair education during that time, our nation and liberty may be secured for a century or more.
I like both of them, but I don’t see Candace as presidential timber. Don’t get me wrong, she’s great at what she is doing. Not trying to be critical, but I believe firmly that a president must have some real world corporate level executive experience behind him.
If he/she has had international, multi layered management teams beneath him/her at some point, successfully, then he or she should be able to call on that experience when they have to deal with those structures in the White House.
I believe that Donald Trump Junior had that sort of experience under his dad. I like his views, and I think he has the quick wit and instincts to do what his dad is doing.
