I do portrait photography on the weekends in my free time and I can say I haven’t met one woman, black, white, or brown, in the “modeling” industry who supports Trump. Quite the opposite, they’re more polarized against him than they were in 2015/2016.
I like to think I’m in touch with those in their 20’s since I work directly with them regularly. Trump is a loser in Seattle and Portland in the 20/30 year-old demographic, no matter the race or sex.
I remember the optimism on FR with McCain v. Obama and Romney v. Obama and we lost. We lost bad. I’d like to think we’re safe with Trump but history has proven our optimism to be too high.

The modeling industry attracts strongly narcistic personalities as compared to the general public so that is not surprising that they would hate Trump. Narcistic persons are very jealous and competitive with other such people especially Trump.(he has such a streak but that is part of the chemistry that makes him work).

I have a conservative friend who is black and he told me that some blacks will vote Trump and simply keep it to themselves or share it with only a few close friends. He is very astute.
I also experience this with some black coworkers. They are firmly Trump supporters, but will not “come out”. Hell, I’m this way as well, you just can’t say anything around certain groups of people, they are insane. I’m a teacher surrounded by libs, best keep my mouth shut.
Because someone has to pay for it, anyone can I did a poll years and years ago..
But no one is going to poll just blacks because the numbers are predictable.. at least in a gop v dem national race.
As I have said, if Trump were getting even 15% support among blacks, this would be a political earthquake and it would be visible on the ground. The range for a gop candidate is generallly around 10% +/- a few points.
Democrats are absolutely dependent on the black vote being a reliable bloc for them. GOP not really.. they know they are not going to break big for them so little point in it.
If the GOP (Trump or otherwise) honestly felt they had a real shot at creating a heavy deviation in that historical norm, they would be making play and actions outside their typical ones.
To Trumps credit he is not a typical politician, and I fully expect his support to be higher than the 8% he got last election among blacks. However, Trump is not going to get 20 let alone 30’or 40 percent of them.
If Trump were getting that kind of support you would see it on the ground and would not need a poll... but beyond that if he were getting that kind of support, you would see the Democrats behaving completely differently... they would not be pandering to white guilt liberal whackadoo wing of their party.. they would be in full on panic mode trying to solidify the black voting bloc. If the GOP were to gain just 5% more of thr black vote than their historicals no democrat could win the White House ever again.
Sadly the black bloc of voters are largely not going to be moved by most GOp stAnds. 70% grow up without a father in the home.. large percentages are multi generational dependent.. and their schools fail them. The one GOP issue that does resonate is school choice, but beyond that not much sells. Poorly educated and limited access to opportunity and being told throughout their life by liberals they can’t win because th deck is stacked makes large segments unreceptive to a sales pitch of personal liberty and opportunity.
Well I don’t know many black guy but the black women I work with HATE Trump.
