House impeachment managers argued that failing to hear from people with first-hand accounts in this case will set a dangerous precedent for future trials.

In the future the House of Representatives should be required to “hear from people with first-hand accounts” instead of trying to convict the President based completely on hearsay evidence. They had all the time in the world to legitimately develop their case and couldn’t do it. This was just another RAT hoax.
