The Dems want to explain their votes...10 minutes max...which equates to 16 hrs 40 min. Let them do it on their own time. Stop scr..ing the people.
10 minutes is absurd. How about 2 minutes?
I doubt any Republican Senators will use all of their 10 minutes, and most will use no time at all — especially if they conclude that the Democrats are deliberately trying to drag this out past Tuesday night’s SOTU.
If only Democrats and a few others waste the 10 minutes - that’s 8-10 hours, not 16.33.
It’s possible this could be wrapped up Tuesday afternoon, giving President Trump another feather in his cap for the SOTU.
