It is kind of funny watching the left whine about it right now...you know the ones that would NOT let GOP call witnesses in the House, or have Lawyers ask questions of their witnesses in the House and hid 1 transcript from the Senate..,democrats blocked a fair trial in the House. That is where all the info for the Senate to review comes from, the House. Seems like they should be mad at how Schiff and Nadar ran their impeachment hearings instead of trying to get their base to think it is all the GOPs fault.......but as the old saying goes..That’s Politics

You’re exactly right.

Schiff screwed everyone, including his on colleagues.

Down deep inside, they know.

On the other hand they knew there was nothing there from the start. They may think he took a bullet for the team. I don’t know.

In hindsight, it's probably all been orchestrated from the basement of the House all the way to today's vote. Cover for lousy Dem candidates and Trump's success on trade - let alone getting the likes of OAC off the headlines.

The Dems knew it was a loser and Mitch knew the Iowa caucus as well as the State of the Union was at hand. He probably decided to let 'em bark, since Trump's approval will go up but the Dem candidates will still be the Dem candidates when it's all over.
