There is no need for more evidence to prove that the president asked Ukraine to investigate Joe Biden and his son, Hunter; he said this on television on October 3, 2019, and during his July 25, 2019, telephone call with the president of Ukraine. There is no need for more evidence to conclude that the president withheld United States aid, at least in part, to pressure Ukraine to investigate the Bidens; the House managers have proved this with what they call a mountain of overwhelming evidence. There is no need to consider further the frivolous second article of impeachment that would remove the president for asserting his constitutional prerogative to protect confidential conversations with his close advisers.

You’re right on every point. I’ve been thinking the same thing. The Dems are going to get hit hard.
And they’re going to be crazier and more dangerous than ever.
I wonder is Romney just this stupid or does he figure he a 1 termer so he is going the Flake route?
I flipped over the CNN and they are crying in their lattes. Saying that Roberts might be able to break the tie if if if. There are going to be a lot of safe spaces over crowded tomorrow and a lot of SCREAMING.
McConnell did a good job throughout this whole mess. I didn’t see what Pelosi said today. Was she even more incoherent than usual?
He’s a Superflake. All he cares about is the White Horse - White House Mormon prophecy.
I can’t stand Michael Steele, but this made me smile...
Ex-RNC Chair: I Know McConnell, And Trumps Impeachment Trial Is Pretty Much Over
Michael Steele, the former chair of the Republican National Committee, on Wednesday said the Senate impeachment trial of President Donald Trump is pretty much over.
Steele, appearing on MSNBC, predicted no witnesses would be called to testify against Trump, despite Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) admitting on Tuesday that Republicans dont have enough votes to block Democrats from summoning them.
There will be no more witnesses added to this conversation, Steele said. This is pretty much over. I mean, I think we just need to wrap our heads around that and think about the longer game to come.
Steele, who served as RNC chair from 2009 to 2011 and is now a fierce critic of the Trump White House, said he based his prediction on a combination of Republican sources and his own experience.
Explained Steele:
Having been in the room and know particularly how Mitch McConnell plays his game, he doesnt mind this little float out there where he goes, Oh, I dont know if Ive got all the votes yet. Alright? Head fake. McConnell knows every move hes going to make before he makes it and the people in the room know that when hes done making those moves, its over. Theres no more OK, you get to go out and play your game.
If that SOB shows up for a townhall they should lay into him full bore. GET IN HIS FACE.
Whats his problem? Here..pay real close attention what Cruz says.

Hear what he said? On the hypothetical?
Its a shot cross Mitts bow. Because that is exactly what is involved.
Obambi’s IRS suppressed the emerging Tea Party organizations from 2011 to 2012. Now that’s absolutely election interference.

The important part starts at about 2:30 in the vid.
Mitt has connections to the corruption and YET he still is trying to play the game in the hope he doesnt get caught up in it.
LOL. And wise. No need for grandstanding by Romney unless he was really only in it for his ego trip. He was.
Thanks for that link. Cruz does a great job of making the case that Burisma and the Bidens deserved to be investigated.
Did a search on Romneys links to Burisma.
He is connected!
Do you have a link?
Yes. To change the rules you need a majority. A tie is not a majority so the proposed change to the rule - adding witnesses - does not pass.
I hear ya.
He should be done now.
Yes we are not out of the woods yet. We live in interesting times.
Yes, I saw it.
Mitt is scared right now and him voting for witnesses is desperate.
Cruz is sharp.
It’s disgusting that Beto got as close as he did in that election against Cruz.
