Dear Joe Biden, I know being a kleptocrat Senator is cool and all, but, it doesn't always lead to the Presidency. Ask Hillary Clinton. Signed, a deplorable muggle

If Biden is holding elected office at the Federal level, could he even be arrested for a crime in another country, much less tried in that country’s court system.
This 11A territory if I am not mistaken, but that is JMO.

Quid Pro Joe definitely cinched the noose around his own neck with that bit of braggadocio. Couldn’t happen too soon either.

What you say make sense.
Honest, it’s kind of laughable that we’d turn an elected official, even one we hated, over to Ukraine to be tried.
The abuse of power occurred while holding a high position HERE so we can try him HERE.

with the added bonus that once he has completed his sentence here we can ship him off to Ukraine and they can finish him off (so to speak).

It’s nice that felonious Democrat corruption in the White House...
Was revealed by a Democrat who used the White House and the U.S. Treasury for their felony corruption and bribery.
“The core aim of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) is to prohibit companies and their individual officers from influencing foreign officials with any personal payments or rewards.”
Well, maybe it wasn’t Joe’s personal money but.....

Two problems - he is a former prosecutor, so his demand carries no force, and secondly, he is the one Biden said was corrupt.
Going nowhere.
