Here’s a thought...
.
The second article is “Obstruction of ^Congress^”
Schiff classified Atkinson’s testimony.
Can that classification be negated by a vote of the Senate, as such classification was not agreed to by CONGRESS?
IOW, shouldn’t such classifications be treated in the same way as legislation?

Atkinson's testimony is sequestered by its owner. It is not classified. None of it is classified. Witnesses were told to disclose ZERO classified info.

The senate can't compel the house to release anything - heck, it couldn't even compel the articles of impeachment to be delivered.

Congress is engages in irrational conduct, acting virtually like the judges in the Salem Witch Trials. Whipped into a frenzy up the point of an impeachment trial over a partisan hack job.

You'd think Congress would want the public to get it. But Congress does not want that. The Salem Witch Judges demanded that you respect their wisdom and judgment. Same today. Bunch of fruit loops running the country.

Anyway, Atkinson can be deposed by the senate in case Congress cares to post mortem how it was led into acting like a bunch of LSD-crazed lunatics.
