In defense of the process, which I concur sucks overall (but it is the same as the Clinton process), if I was a lawyer on either side, I would want time to prepare answers to juror questions. So that fact that the questions were known and answers prepared in advance doesn't bother me.
That some of the questions are just soft ball pitches for talking point answers is annoying...
