Is Trump an existential threat to the US? Rats say yes, so he must be removed ASAP. But Nancy delayed the proceedings. Now, we must have witnesses according to the Rats, but somehow they intend to make a witness phase of the trial go quickly- despite the GOP's right to call witnesses they might need.

All of this in the light of Dershowitz etc. warning about a trial without end and the fact that this would be a threat to the country's welfare. The Rats and Romney want to go round and round the mulberry bush, think monkeys and a weasel, over a timing issue that has no bearing on a president's right to pursue corruption wherever it appears to be.

Yes, that must have been their Grand Strategy from the start. Use the pressure of the "trial" to force witnesses there, and get Roberts to bypass the courts and rule unilaterally.

exactly....this is all about protecting their butts from their own criminal corruption. Keep the light shined on Trump 24/7....and milk the trial out as long as possible...
