Yes, I think that’s why Linsey Graham is so confident there will be no witnesses and Trump will be acquitted as soon as Friday. The Democrats will back down on Bolton rather than let the Bidens or the whistleblower last testify under oath.

it's kind of a sly way to let the President's lawyer say what the House did wrong, and then make the Democrats waste a question to let the House rebut what the Trump people said.It makes the Trump team look scholarly and the House managers look defensive and repetitive.

This was my fear, to begin with, with this group (including Roberts).
Hopefully, Rand Paul will make a BIG public stink about this, if true...and, if his question isn’t a repeat....which I’m thinking isn’t, since aide is bringing up.
