Each and every day that Schumer and his RAT/RINO pals can drag out this Schiff Show, is a day where NOTHING at all gets done in the Senate. No judges confirmed. No spending bills passed. NOTHING at all is getting done.
That is the plan.

That is how the Democrats like things, and if the Senate decides to move forward with new witnesses, they can expect this to happen again and again and again. America loses if they allow new witnesses.
Can McConnell schedule part of the day for the Trial & the rest of the day for normal Senate business—like confirming judges, etc???
