Yes, 7.7 is a serious shaker. Anyone know the history of such quakes near this area?? Seismic wave alert issued for Jamaica, Cuba and Cayman Islands.

Right on the well know fault line there. 8.5 max expected in that region, not super abnormal geologically, but think this is the biggest near there in the last hundred years. 10cm per second vertical shaking predicted in Cuba and Jamacia.
