I usually just drop mine off at my polling place in order to ensure it gets there...That's exactly the action that the bill would have banned. 80% of AZ voters get their ballots in the mail and this bill says you can mail them back or vote in person, but you can't drop off your completed ballot at the polling place.
The intent was to stop ballot harvesting but I think it's a stupid approach.
