Obama’s occonplishments during his 8 years were few. He was a terrible politician.. never able to motivate people to his causes and highly ineffective in many ways even when he didn’t have to.
Democrats missed a huge historical opportunity with Obama.
He was the first democrat elected President with a true majority since 1976... and instead omg actually leveraging that into building long term party support and growth they focused on pushing through Obamacare which wa a disaster...
Other than being melanated, Obama will not be remembered historically for much more than that. No matter what contemporary leftist want you to believe.
However he certainly did not want a GOP to follow him because much of the rest of what he did would be quickly and easily undone because he wasn’t able to motivate the legislature to pass much of anything.
