He was very impressive last night and argued that even if everything Democrats are saying is true, it isn’t a crime and it doesn’t rise to the level of an impeachable offense.
No crime is mentioned in either article of impeachment and for that reason, they must be rejected by the Senate.

I think Schiff and Schumer play to the cameras and want to convince people that Democrats can impeach anyone if they don't like them. But ultimately they will need to convince Chief Justice John Roberts that you can remove a president who has not committed a crime.
I don't like Roberts. I don't trust Roberts. But what the Democrats are doing should be a bridge too far for anyone who cares about the Constitution.
