Good points. But perhaps were Philbin as effective a speaker as Derschowitz, his mind might not be as brilliant. I believe he shaped much of what was said today, and not just from him.
If he shows up again please someone help him with his presentation. He is a govt lawyer who doesn’t know how to captivate his audience or the American public. BOTH are his audience.

I think Philbin has an incredible presentation, very calming, very informative the perfect change of pace. This day was masterfully put together, it was paced perfectly.
