There have been many times when the US was divided.
1880 and 1884 and 1888 and 1960 and 1968 were all decided by less than One Percent.
1964 was worse, when Johnson won in a blowout.
The country is divided 55 to 45. In our favor.

Boy I wish I could argue a positive point about that.
People are touting his son and if he is like Trump that would be great.
But one, people would have to vote him in and two, no 2 people are alike.
And Trump is in a class by himself.

Not sure where you get your data but if we are ahead by 10%, why did Her Thighness win the popular vote.

Nixon won YUGE after his first barely winning.
I’d love an unbiased opinion on whether what he did was an impeachable offense or not. One deserving to be kicked out of office.
Not compared to what obama or clinton did, but just on the merits.

I think statistically, VPs never become elected Presidents.

That’s true in the urban areas..in the country it’s probably more like 70 to 30.

Johnson's victory was really JFK's victory. People voted for what they thought was JFK's second term.
LBJ has to be one of the worst, if not the worst, president's we've ever had.
