In central Virginia my guess would be University of Virginia at Charlottesville as well as Liberty University in Lynchburg.
Lynchburg does have a small Chinese community.
Northern Virginia has a sizeable Chinese community plus George Washington University, George Mason U and Marymount U.

But according to their planning area map, Charlottesville is considered part of the Northern planning area.
