Trump’s lawyers were using Democrat facts against them. Suddenly, they’re no longer facts. Got it.
The point the Trump team was making was that by the time the President was allowed to participate in the House Judiciary proceeding there was not a legitimate process laid out or schedule that would have allowed the President to mount a defense. The first hearing was a lecture by law professors followed by an immediate drafting of the articles of impeachment. The HJC was simply asking the President’s team to validate his inevitable lynching.
Classic.

Just take the usual BS and slap the words “fact” and “ check” in front of it. Voila, suddenly it’s credible.

Please explain why we have video of what the Biden camp directed you to call a “false news narrative”?
What “vital US interest” was Biden protecting when he threatened to withold $1 billion in aid?
Oh the Biden campaign told you he was corrupt?
Did you verify it? No of course that would be “journmalism” something you are totally allergic to.
So let us assume that even if it was true what is the relevance?
A supposedly “corrupt prosecutor” was employed by Ukraine. In what way would that have any bearing what so ever on $1 billion in US Military aid to the Ukraine?
The two are completely unrelated issues.
The Prosecutor would have nothing at all to do with how the US Aid was used. He would be completely out of the loop on it.
It is an utterly absurd argument on the face of it! However, because the Democrat Fascist Party gave them their orders, the Fake News is, again, just doing what they were told.
Isn’t it funny that the AP “fact check” matches DNC talking points WORD FOR WORD.
“Fact check” when coming from libs has the same ring to it as “settled science”. Just fancy words to make their propaganda seem real. Much on the order of spraying Lysol on dog shit so it don’t stink as bad.
