There is that unsubstantiated rumor, which pushed a theory that the Corona Virus serves as a delivery package for an encapsulated neurological targeting viral payload; one, which presents with a time delayed emergence after the initial infection subsides. OK, now that would be worse... do you have a link? Can we assume that IF this is a weapon that China also has the antidote?

I agree, but these folks live in such routine filth, judging by the massive number of VLogs now available online, that this is likely just one more routine outbreak.
ADVChina, Serpenteza, and LaoWhy86 reveal a lot of how things work over there in English.
Check them out, they did great work until the chicoms made it impossible for them to live there.
