I guess on second look i see a few dozers...
But if a disease has a huge infection rate, and therefore a tiny fa6tality rate- so what?

The mortality rate with this seems to be about 4%.
That’s a lot of bodies.
But.;… IMO...
That’s based on a low count of the number of people infected.
It’s easy to see who died from a disrase, very hard to see who didn’t.
This disease is very transmittable.
A higher infected count impliers a lower fstality rate.
In addttion, during the Ebola and SARS outbreaks there were more than a few Freepers who absolutely panicked about what would happen next. Somehow, humanity survived despite the negative predictions..

But seriously, this looks bad. The virus is clearly very contagious and the Chinese have quarantined multiple *cities*. Cases being reported on multiple continents (so it’s too late for those measures by the Chinese to be truly effective). With a roughly 4% mortality rate (wait until it gets to Africa, India and South America if it hasn’t already) it’s a Democrat Death Cult’s dream.
I suspect the measures the Chinese have announced will be ineffective (troops sent to “fight the virus”) and there will be panic and probably rioting or fighting in those quarantined cities. We’ll see...

The Chinese aren’t playing this up for drama like liberals do here - they’re downplaying the situation.
