Support for Democratic presidential primary candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders seems to be surging in the aftermath of the Jan. 14 debate, the last before voting gets underway at the Iowa caucuses later this month.
National polling results released Wednesday by CNN reveal the radical progressive Vermont senator has shifted into the lead, with the support of 27 percent of the 500 registered Democrats and Democratic-leaning independents surveyed.
This is the first time that former Vice President Joe Biden, who garnered 24 percent support in the Jan. 16-19 telephone survey, has seen his shaky, but lasting front-runner status called into question in any of CNN’s 2020 national primary polling.

this is a SINGLE poll result (and CNN at that) ... bernie hasn’t “surged” ahead of anyone ... bidn still has the national lead in the rcp poll average, and also is ahead or statistically ahead in all of the initial Dem primary/caucus states:
Sad to say that the “romance” of socialism and the reality of socialism will be recognized by the ‘woke folk’ too late. Meanwhile barnee will be in one of his dachas living it up with a quart of ben&jerkees.

27 percent is not a surge.

I’d bet that ALL of the “party pros” at the DNC & DNCC are “crying in their beer” at those polling results. = Bernie has NO chance at all against President Trump & MANY “yellow dog” Democrats will likely “go fishing” on Election day, as A=A don’t like him at all, so MANY DIMocRAT state & local candidates will LOSE too,.
