Resign? Since she left the Senate and went home, not hearing all the case, she must recuse herself and be arrested and imprisoned. That is the penalty for not remaining and listening. The announced that penalty before every session of an impeachment.

Quite honestly I do not know how the senators can sit hours on end forced to listen to the repetitive drivel coming from the podium. It reminds me of going to DMV traffic school and being lectured for the entire morning on driving safety to get a traffic ticket dismissed. Really I don't see what their problem is, just as all of Ginsburg's decisions are actually made by her staff so are Feinsteins and everyone already knows how the dems are going to vote anyway.
