Super delegates cannot vote on the first ballot this time around.................

With 1900 + delegates required for first ballot success, it's going to the second ballot. Of the three leaders, none will concede, it will go to the superdelegates to determine who wins.

So all that matters is the superdelegates. All the state ballots are is just placeholders for that second ballot.
