And how many laws were broken with zero accountability.
And that is exactly why the GOP senate SHOULD have dismissed this shameful abuse upon its arrival. This would have sent a message that similar nonsense will not be acceptable. But instead we will have to endure weeks on end of dysfunctional partisan gamesmanship and outrageous perversions of our political system.
The senate is essentially waterboarding the country.

Demrats always work and create chaos.....the more they can ‘flood’ their desks with paperwork, and the airwaves with their dribble, repeating and repeating the same old drumbeat because they do believe repetition and chaos will win the day.
The Demon-rats in the House have the power of impeachment. They exercised it - in a very wrong way.
The Senate has the constitutional responsibility of trial for any articles of impeachment the House passes. They are doing that now. What more would you have them to do and still stay within our Constitution?
Each side of a trial gets to present their case - no matter how outlandish the Demon-rats make it.
After presentation, the Senate can decided they've heard enough and vote down the impeachment articles.

That pretty much sums it up.
The left looks like a cluster (fill in the blank) with papers everywhere and the right looks professional and organized.
The Senate is exercising its constitutional responsibility.
Don't like it - work to amend the constitution.
