A bombshell new report is derailing the Democrats' momentum against President Trump on Day One of the Senate impeachment trial.
The article -- in the left-leaning Politico of all places -- on Tuesday night alleges that House Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff appears to have “mischaracterized” evidence that was used in House Democrats’ impeachment investigation.
But Republicans are calling the report "soft-pedaling", insisting that Schiff "fabricated evidence" in a naked attempt to "frame" Trump.
Either way, the shocking late-night report has thrown the Democrats' Senate plan into complete chaos.
The stunning report focuses on a letter that Schiff sent to House Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler (D-NY) last week that summarizes “a trove of evidence from Lev Parnas, an indicted former associate of Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani,” Politico reported. “In one section of the letter, Schiff claims that Parnas ‘continued to try to arrange a meeting with President Zelensky,’ citing a specific text message exchange where Parnas tells Giuliani: ‘trying to get us mr Z.’ The remainder of the exchange — which was attached to Schiff’s letter — was redacted.”

If he was intelligent, he’d enter the witness protection program voluntarily.

In a perfect world where karma equals bad deeds; Schiff would be left penniless begging for coins and eating out of dumpsters for what he, Nadler, and Pelosi has done. The latter two deserve the same fate.

The next question is, did “Peaches” print it out, and scan it back to her own “private” email, so no one else could see her “privately” viewing it on her special ZTE 5G “private” phone, as Democrats are so fond of?
Schiff should know that what he did was a crime.
Penal Code 134 PC is the California statute that makes it a crime for a person to prepare false evidence with the intent to use it in a legal proceeding. This is an obstruction of justice crime in California.
The code section states:
“Every person guilty of preparing any false or ante-dated book, paper, record, instrument in writing, or other matter or thing, with intent to produce it, or allow it to be produced for any fraudulent or deceitful purpose, as genuine or true, upon any trial, proceeding, or inquiry whatever, authorized by law, is guilty of felony.”
This is a problem.
