I don’t think it’s accurate because there’s no way Hispanics and whites combined commit fewer than 5%... what with MS13 and the drug cartels.

Is it actually that high? I know young male minorities commit a high percentage of murders, but 95%? Nationwide, according to FBI statistics, it's around 51%, but he may be thinking of NYC, where the minority population is higher. Still, 95% seems high.
