It probably all depends on whatever rules Chief Pirate Roberts puts in place for this show. Good thing this isn’t the Super Bowl or the World Series; the dems would want to get the foul lines moved and re-striped every commercial break.

Dershowitz has denied all the charges and filed a counter-suit. Giuffre’s defamation suit against Dershowitz is seen by some as a path to more information, and justice, for accusers who were disappointed by the end of the criminal case against Epstein. Giuffre previously filed a defamation suit against one of Epstein’s closest assistants, Ghislaine Maxwell, and won a confidential settlement, and Epstein was among those deposed in the sealed case. Dershowitz is seeking to have the records in that case unsealed, and the federal courts have indicated that some records should be released.
Dershowitz continues to maintain in his new suit that “he never met or had any contact with Giuffre ... that she has falsely accused him of heinous acts which never happened” and that she never accused Dershowitz “until she met her lawyers and was told she could profit from accusing him.” The longtime criminal defense lawyer repeats his belief that “Giuffre and her lawyers” made false claims “in order to make a public example out of him, and extort private settlements from other, wealthier individuals associated with Epstein,” particularly billionaire Leslie Wexner. Wexner has denied any improprieties.
Dershowitz, a former attorney for Epstein, appeared on flight logs 11 times, but has denied the accusations made by Giuffre, calling them an “outrageous lie.” He filed a motion against Giuffre in 2015, stating that the allegations were “ginned up” for the media. “I was on that plane on several occasions as the manifests will show, but never under circumstances where it would have been possible to have sex with Jane Doe #3,” Dershowitz’s statement read. “On a couple of occasions I was on his plane with my wife and daughter. There were never any young girls on the plane during any of my trips.” Dershowitz also told CNN, “I certainly didn’t have sex on an airplane. I am not a member of the Mile High Club.” Responding to the sex-trafficking charges against Epstein, Dershowitz told the Daily Beast that he would wait to see the evidence before commenting, adding that he hadn’t been in touch with Epstein “for a long time.”
It’s not up to Roberts to come up with the rules, the Senate does.
Okay, anecdote about my brother-in-law and his wife. Warning, words like lesbian so scroll by lest thine eyes be offended.
My husband’s brother, we’ll call him Chad, was married in his early 20’s to wife Jean. At age 28, with both of them young and healthy, she got pregnant. On the day of her baby shower she dropped dead, eight months along..
Not making this up. She had an aneurysm in her spleen. Baby died too.
Chad, after a few years, managed to get over it. He got married again to Lisa. He and Lisa have a son, Matthew, who I’ve written about before, who says he is going to be President, is very involved in politics.
Lisa has a sister who is an announced lesbian, lives with her partner, and each of them have a natural born son conceived with donated sperm.
Chad and Lisa have been together for almost 20 years by now.
About six months ago Lisa tells Chad she wants a divorce, that she has realized that she is a lesbian.
Not making this up.
Now these people live in Massachusetts and no offense to those living there, but there must be something in the water.
Chad is crushed. By now he is in his mid-50’s, shocked that his wife is a lesbian along with her sister. She left him and son Matthew is also devastated.
Matthew is a devout Catholic and Chad attended some religious school and almost became a Brother. Not sure the religion but know that such as homosexuality is frowned upon.
But Chad was always fair to his wife’s sister and her wife, both raising little boys who deserve a father in their life, how can anybody think that’s a good thing?
So Chad had his life crushed twice in his lifetime.
And Lisa....even her son can’t stand her.
And what’s wrong with that family. Can’t they raise female children to prefer males.
Anyway.....sad, sad story.
Oh, btw, this story has been all over Facebook so I reveal no secrets.
Everybody praising Lisa for her courage to finally come out, be who she really is.

Democrats are not worried about appearing stupid, because many of the sheeple in the party are lazy and are easy to manipulate. Many Democrats believe the talking points repeated over and over by the liberals in the media. Hatred is a political tool utilized to control the masses. The media is simple Simon says and simple low information Democrats follow in lock step.

It isn’t different from big time gambling. You have heard the phrase, “no risk, no reward”? If steps were taken to remove risk from the markets on equities, etc the returns would resemble what we are now seeing on Treasuries which are guaranteed.
No one should ever put money into the stock market that they cannot either afford to lose or will need in the next 5 yrs. The time frame is critical since except in very, very rare occasions the value of an equity will always return to where it was over time. Of course if forced to sell at the post crash price the money is gone.
Wonder how much Paul Pelosi Jr made in Ukraine? It is obviously the main laundry between Russia and Europe.
President Trump has been successful celebrating great accomplishments despite Pelosi and Schumer’s efforts. Trump is not a good President, he is a great President. Pelosi and Schumer have few accomplishments and now are part of a sham impeachment. It will be entertaining to witness again, Pelosi’s body language, during Trump’s State of the Union
Address.

The sour grapes Democrat Party will not applaud, when Trump lists his achievements for a hour or more during the State of the Union. Pelosi’s face will look like she is being tortured.
