Virginia Governor Sets a Trap for Lobby Day, 20 January, 2020

Virginia Governor Sets a Trap for Lobby Day, 20 January, 2020

Second Amendment supporters face a daunting challenge in Virginia for Lobby day, at the Virginia Capitol in Richmond, on 20 January 2020.  Those who wish to disarm Virginians have created a trap to frame Second Amendment Supporters as violent white supremacists, going to Richmond to destroy duly elected government.

Do not take the bait.

Armed Virginians have been going to the State Capitol in Richmond to lobby to restore Second Amendment rights since 2002. The Virginia Citizens Defense League (VCDL) has been very successful in these efforts. VCDL was instrumental in moving Virginia from a may issue to a shall-issue state in 1995. It has made the shall-issue law better and better by such things as eliminating many gun-free zones and eliminating the requirement for fingerprints to obtain a permit to carry. It has kept improving the state preemption law, to prevent local governments from chipping away at Second Amendment rights.  It has been one of the most effective of the state organizations working to restore Second Amendment rights.

In 2019, a combination of a lawsuit used to gerrymander Virginia voting districts in favor of Democrats, millions of dollars of money spent by billionaires aimed at destroying Second Amendment rights, the influx of immigrants to areas next to the District of Columbia, the successful get out to vote campaign by supporters of Communist China for new immigrants, and the restoration of voting rights, but not the right to arms, to convicted felons, has resulted in the Democrat takeover of the Virginia General Assembly and the Senate, by Democrats who have vowed to impose severe restrictions on the exercise of Second Amendment

Tens of thousands may show up for Lobby Day at the Virginia Capitol.

Extreme care will be necessary to prevent agent provocateurs or false flag events from being used to discredit Second Amendment supporters.

Patriots should March OUTSIDE the fenced-in zone continuously and not enter it.

Look at that map. Think about it. If all those green counties applied to join West Virginia then “Virginia” would essentially be DC. Give DC back it’s “corner” and then some and “Virginia” becomes one state again and the NOVA libtards are trapped in (non voting) DC! Win/win.

I hope and pray you are correct.

Sometimes, showing enough light on a potential problem causes it to go away.

A boring, uneventful event would be a significant win for Second Amendment supporters.

I expect we will. It will be embarrassing PR for Northam. A big empty field. Surrounded by 30,000 people clogging the streets. All armed.

It is a fun idea to contemplate.

It would only take a Constitutional Amendment or two, or maybe an Article V convention...

MUST GO VIRAL-—the vindictiveness and visceral hatred of majority Democrats when they dont get their own way-—
using laws AGAINST citizens is despicable.

Governor Ralph “Jolson” Northam Declares State Of Emergency.

Within the first 48 hours of taking over the Virginia legislature in 2020, Democrats passed their first of many proposed gun laws and banned the carry of firearms on the property of the state capitol and other government offices.

The people of Virginia spoke up and declared it would be their last term in office. The government responded with a motion to eliminate voter ID laws.

Virginia decided then that they wouldn’t wait for another election. A petition to remove Governor Northam began circulating as well as other petitions to remove delegates from office. When the petition received almost a third of the signatures needed to recall the governor, a new bill was introduced to raise the amount of signatures needed from 10% of the prevailing vote, to 25%.

Other bills in session in the 2020 legislature:
SJ 6 – Which changes the governor’s term from 4 to 8 years. SB 399 – Virginia’s electoral votes for president will go to the candidate who has won the national popular vote. It will no longer matter who many Virginians vote for in presidential races.

SJ 9 and SJ 14 – Restores felons’ abilities to vote.

SJ 29 – Changes how Governors, Lieutenant Governor and Attorney General are elected. Previously, the candidate receiving the most votes statewide would be elected.

Proposed: change to who wins the majority in Congressional districts.

If the Electoral College didn’t exist the entire country would governed by leaders elected by NY CITY and LA. Virginia is an example of what it would be like on a national scale. Three counties are telling the entire state what to do.

It is entirely possible Northam’s gun-grabbing gang may have violated federal laws that might include, but are not limited to:
<><> Title 18, U.S.C., Section 241 - Conspiracy Against Rights. It further makes it unlawful for two or more persons to go in disguise on the highway or on the premises of another with the intent to prevent or hinder his/her free exercise or enjoyment of any rights so secured.

<><> Title 18 U.S.C. §1341, Mail Fraud, 18 U.S.C.§1001, Presenting a False Document to an Agent of the US Government for funding (may involve several felonies and could include forgery);

<><> 18 U.S.C.§1027 False statements and concealment of facts in relation to documents required by ERISA enacted 1974 and other possible offenses including civil and/or criminal RICO violations.

<><> 18 U.S.C. §§1961-68 (RICO Act)18 U.S.C. §1001 (making false Statements to Agents of the US Government,

<><> 18 U.S.C. §241(Conspiracies Against Civil Rights). Violation of Civil Rights under Color of law and conspiracy. Conspiring with others to violate 4th amendment rights.

<><> Possibly full investigations centering on RICO conspiracies under 18 U.S.C. §1962(c) could be warranted because (1) the persons (2) were employed by or associated with a public enterprise (3) that engaged in or affected interstate commerce and that (4) the persons operated or managed the enterprise (5) through a “pattern” (6) of racketeering activity, and (7) the taxpayers were injured by reason of the “pattern” of racketeering activity.

<><> Alleged Offenses could include Violation of Rights – which prohibits in relevant part, “two or more persons (from conspiring) to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District

<><> Title 18 U.S.C. §2 41 – Conspiracy Against Constitutional mandates in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of having so exercised the same . . .” See, 18 U.S.C. §241.

Gun-owners should demand the following agencies commence investigations at once:
<><> FBI — Wire Fraud Division
<><> IRS-Fraud Unit
<><> Department of Justice’s Office of the Inspector General,
<><> Department of Commerce’s Office of Inspector General.
<><> DOJ’s Criminal Division— Public Integrity Section
<><> DOJ Criminal Division—Organized Crime and Gang Section.

At SOME point it’s not a public relations battle. If the actual reality of defending your constitutional rights is “taking the bait” then we lose. It’s done. Stay home. There is a class of persons in America today who damn well mean to own the law. Deal with it.

And look at a map of downtown Richmond. What is around the area? To the North is a very libtarded VCU main campus. To the Northeast is a major state university hospital. To the East is an Interstate. To the SOuth is a River. To the west is a dense urban zone. A crowd of 30,000 or so milling around is gonna bleed over into and disturb the neighborhood. A crowd that will have to be pretty much respected because every single one will be armed. If Northam tries to stage a goat rodeo in that setting it would get real weird fast. I expect the State Police will make sure everyone gets in and out safely. To provoke a riot in that setting would not work out well for Northam or any of them.

But it really is imminently doable, the invite from West VA has been standing since 1861 apparently. Of course we become 49 states again but I don’t mind the Rats losing two Senators.

“Patriots should March OUTSIDE the fenced-in zone continuously and not enter it.”

Absolutely, give them the finger and refuse to submit and be herded into the corrals. I was looking at pictures of the fenced areas, and it looks like they might not hold everyone anyhow.

30,000 armed people roaming the streets in adjacent neighborhoods may be something Northam wants to rethink. Just maybe they will take all those fences and crap down just to get us off the streets.

At SOME point it’s not a public relations battle.

Yes, that is true.

But there was a lot of reality and public relations that happened before "the shot heard round the world" in 1775, after Paul Revere's ride.

We are not there, yet.

We may win before we get there. We have been winning, which is why the other side is so desperate.

Yep, Mass resistance against their effort to “control the situation” would turn into a “well, that didn’t work” situation. Because once it is allowed to work and be successful, it will become the example and norm across the country.
