Fortunately that's not true. Photoshop ALWAYS leaves behind artifacts as to what has been altered from an original. There is also AI that can detect deep fake videos. Also be reminded that some of these terrible videos that are rumored to be out there are on TAPE. You can't deep fake original tape.
