I think some hide that they come into this country having more than one passport. They surrender the Saudi one and leave on another passport. Others are supplied a new passport by the Saudi gov’t.

The heavily-redacted document said Riyadh helps citizens escape to avoid embarrassment, but does not indicate what assistance it gives nor the number of fugitives who have fled.
Do we not have an extradition treaty with Saudi? I would think we would, for how 'friendly' we are. And wouldn't those requests be almost as embarrassing?
