Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) during her floor speech Wednesday accepted House Judiciary Committee ranking member Doug Collins's (R-Ga.) apology for his recent remark that Democrats are "in love with terrorists."
"As I enter into the conversation, I want to thank the distinguished gentleman from Georgia for his apology for his ridiculous remarks about me and House Democrats," Pelosi said as she took to the floor to discuss impeachment. "Thank you, we accept your apology, Mr. Collins. Now I want to go to the purpose of why we are on the floor today."
The Georgia Republican made the comment in response to Democratic leadership's decision to bring up a resolution aimed at reining in President Trump's ability to take additional military action in Iran in the wake of a U.S. airstrike that killed Iranian Gen. Qassem Soleimani.

They did criticize the killing of probably the greatest terrorist mastermind the world has ever known and blamed everything since on our president without a word of criticism or condemnations for the killing of over 600 Americans, the maiming of thousands more and the deaths of still more thousands of Iraqis, Lebanese, Israelis, Kurds and others in attacks all over the world.
For God's sake people, grow a set already!

Collins was thinking about a Senate run and POTUS was pushing for him to be appointed by the GA governor recently.
He’s obviously not ready for prime time. The proper response was to double down and remind Democrats about bomber Bill Ayers and obama’s history with him. But he was afraid of losing support among blacks I guess. Regardless, if you can’t stand the heat get out of the chicken.
Why apologize the rats just killed the resolution to support the Iranians who are protesting the Mulahs and they just impeached our president this is a war Mr. Collins.

I know, it hacks me off to no end. I just want to see them defeated into the ice ages. I want them to lose so bad that they don’t see a prayer of ever seeing the light of day in the rest of my lifetime. I’m 59.
